Default new muffler yay or nay?

Eh I'm running into a small loud problem with my exhaust... before i go ramble on too much, lemme rewind a bit.

Originally I had a DC Sports header on my h22, and eventually that header started to leak and it was crushed at the bottom cuz of a certain friend bottomed my car out. A couple months ago I bought a JDM header and downpipe. Since the downpipe was longer than the current setup at the time, we had to cut part of my Greddy SP exhaust so we could fit the downpipe correctly. My greddy sp setup had 2 resonators, we took out 1 of 2 to make the downpipe fit and now it sounds more open and loud as hell I'm getting tired of teh loudness. I want to buy another cat-back setup but am afraid that since I have to modify the exhaust to fit, I will lose the quietness that it guarentees (RS-R Exmag, Greddy SP2, Apex'i WS)

So I must resort to a universal muffler or go back and buy a 97+ header where it is shorter and then re-do the exhaust all over again.

*another resonator is out of the question because of the length of new downpipe*

The muffler I've chosen for this job is ES Tuning Oval Muffler

I've heard this exhaust on civics and integras, and it is very quiet, but I'm afraid that it is going to be louder since teh h22 is teh loudness neways.

Anybody recommend anything else? Budget is between 100-150 bones.
