firewall map with newer TB?

firewall map with newer TB?
i just got a throttle body from a 95 d15b7 and (long story) finally got it all
bolted on tonight on my 92 d15b7... and realized the nipple that i need to attach my map vaccum hose was not there... ther is a machined area on the top with two bolt holes... doing some searches on here i have come to realize
that some had the map on the firewall and newer models have it on the TB... now... my question is how can i get this to work?
i am thinking about part to make that would look like a miniature thermostat housing... that bolted in the maps place and had a nipple for me to run
to my existing firewall map... but i really have no way of making a piece like that... has anyone else had to deal with this?
