Default dashpot diaphragm line ?

on my b16a there is a piece on my throttle body connected to the throttle rotor (called a dashpot diaphragm i think, correct me if i'm wrong). after i install my turbo, what should i do about the vacuum line to it? should i run the line all the way to my pre-turbo intake pipe so that it still gets vacuum? any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

I haven't looked at any technical diagrams for it, but my first instinct is that it only functions at idle... So, if anything, connect it to the IM, and MAYBE run a check valve, but I don't think it's a big deal, you could even disconnect it entirely, but you may suffer some idle reliability problems.
