vtec head

i have a 99 civic dx hb with i believe a d16y7 motor, is there a dohc vtec head that will fit this block? or should i just go full swap?

No. There are a couple SOHC VTEC heads that will work (D16Z6, D16Y8) but no DOHC VTEC heads.
