B18c1,5 / B18b / B16_ _ _ All Depends What Your Application Will Be. I Personally Would Not Do The Ls Tranny.

they make manual b20s...that is all

i would probably go with a b16 tansmission. i've probably said this a million times but the gears are so well spaced. i honestly feel you'll get the most out of your motor whether you go boost or all motor. and yes it will bolt right in. your teg had a b18b right? well this is a b series powerplant as well. and as for making 250 to the wheels, all i can say is good luck. im realizing more and more how hard and expensive it is to generate large amounts of power out of these honda engines. i wouldnt have it in me anymore, thats for sure. but good luck on your project bro.
