ps. (very very stupid question) does a cat back system include a hi flow cat?

Cat-Back exhaust is from the Catylic Converter back, so no, doesn't include high-flow cat.

I have no clue about your other questions, but I do hear, that you usually go 3" all the way back when you have a Turbo set-up

depends on how big the turbo is and how much you'll be boosting

Turbos like a big exhaust, 60mm is way, way too small. Visualize blowing a golf ball through a garden hose..

Go with the largest turbo back exhaust you can afford. Commercially, 3" is the largest you will find for a Honda. You will be throwing away a ton of power and efficiency by choking it with a 60mm system..

60mm (almost 2.5 i believe) will help the turbo to spool faster if running 7-8 psi maybe a little more....but it begins to suffocate top end esp when cranking up the boost

I'd do at least 2.5" for a turbo setup. 3" for higher power setups.
