so last night im playing on one of the backstreets neer my house when my dumass misses fourth and i redline it in nutrual because my foot is fast then my hand. so then i hear this knocking nosie so i nurse her home and when i open the hood the knocking is coming from the valve cover near cyl. one so i think i bent a valve now here's the real question dose any one have the spec. for valve lash and is there any online step by step insturctions on how to tear the head off thanks a bunch devin

Sorry but I just posted the intake clearance. The exhaust clearance is .007-.008. So just stick with .007 for both, and you will be fine.
