Default 96 ls swap in 92 CX hatch. HELP!!

i searched and found nothing related to my problem, maybe someone here can help...

heres the story, i was supposed to get a 94/95 obd1 B18B engine swap. unfortunately they sent a 96 B18B which is OBD2. what i need to know is: will it be okay just to run the OBD2 ECU, with a OBD1 to OBD2A jumper harness? and be done with it at that point.

An OBD-II computer won't run with an OBD-I sensor set. I've never even heard of an OBD-I (body) to II (computer) jumper.

Use an OBD1 computer, even with the OBD2 engine.

No, you would have to wire up the CKF sensor.

If you just use an OBD1 P75, the OBD2 engine harness will plug into your firewall.

Or, depending what OBD1 ecu your car came with you could have that chipped to run your B18B.
