adjust idle?

adjust idle?
Hey guys my cars idle is a bit low. Its a 94 integra and was wondering how i bump it up? Do i disconnect the IAC behind the intake manifold and turn the screw at the top of the intake on the left hand side when lookking straight on? Thanks
