Swaped a D16Y8 engine with a D16Y5 lately..?

Has anyone swaped a D16Y8 engine with a D16Y5.. mine is dead, and I get a good price on the D16Y5, just want to sell this car, and need to replace the engine, and was wondering if anyone has attempted this swap before.

New ecu, and leave vtec unplugged. You may also have to convert from the chassis 4-wire O2, to a 1-wire O2.

What engine is that?? CX??
