DPFI to MPFI and Vacuum

DPFI to MPFI and Vacuum
Okay I have read just about every article out there on doing this swap, but they all use the 88-91 CRX Si manifold, and I am using a D16Z6 manifold which is setup a little different. I need some help with this, its different. Specifically the fuel injectors, I do not have to use a resistor box and I need to know how to wire them up with out it.
there are the following leads
#1 Inj Brown and Yellow/Black Stripe
#2 Inj Red and Yellow/Black Stripe
#3 Inj Blue and Yellow/Black Stripe
#4 Inj Yellow and Yellow/Black Stripe
I only have to injector plugs on my dx harness... I know to run the extra wires at the ecu plug, but how do I then hook them up with out the resistor box?
Any help is appreciated. Also, if someone has done this swap, I need some pictures of the intake manifold showing the vacuum lines.
