Default car running REALLY rough all of a sudden... help!

well, I just got done installing my MSD digital SCI, new plugs, new air filter, oil change, new radiator, coolant, hoses, everything. I started it, drove to work, running better than it ever has. drove back, same thing. started it to drive to my mechanic to put in my clutch & flywheel, and it runs HORRIBLY! the exhaust sounds like a BLUB-BLUB-BLUB-BLUB. the motor shakes horribly inside the engine bay, too. I did do this before I installed the new stuff, but it usually kicked itself out of it pretty quick. this time, ti's not going away. since the problem today, i have: inspected the o2 sensor & wiring, set both cam gears to 0, replaced the rotor, replaced the ECU, checked the plug wire ohmage, ran a compression test ( 173, 150, 160, 167). I tried driving it in it's horrible state, and one time when shifting into second, it kicked into regular running, then immediately back into the crap. When I look at my a/f ratio gauge, it says i'm running really stoich upon startup (which on a honda is pretty rich) Then it slowly goes back into the lean led area, but still runs like shit. any suggestions? fuel pump? filter? sensor? actuator? valve? no idea!!

okay, just from the smell of the exhaust, I can tell that the problem is related to a very rich running condition. What could this be caused by?? I thought a glitch in the fuel system was usually caused by a component not delivering enough fuel. What would cause too much to dump into a system? a fouled injector? the pump??
