I replaced the fuel pump on my vigor, then, when i went to go fill up the tank, it like, over filled, the pump wouldnt stop, and gas came spewing outta my tank, and i'm not sure what to do now. also, my gas gauge is screwed now to.

what should i do?

actually I don't know brotha. the gas spewing incident probably had nothing to do with the new pump. but the gauge being messed up... I mean the gauges are electrical so maybe a connection isn't right, or it could some be fuse somewhere. Maybe the new pump just isn't happy. I wish I help, but I've probably only kept your post up a little longer.

 

fixed it. the cap at the top of the tank wasnt twisted in correctly. fixed it, everything works fine. thank god
