Default B18C1 into a '94 Civic EG

I am getting ready to do a B18C1 swap into my '94 Civic (EG). I just wanted to know if it is 100% direct bolt on or is there some minor mods and/or rearanging that will need to be done to make it fit correctly. I am gonna attempt to do this myself as I have put a B16A2 into a '96 Civic before. But this is my first time putting a B18 into a Civic and just wanted to be prepared and have stuff modded and moved already if need be. Thanks!

Wont have any problems swaping in a GSR into the EG. Depending on what model the car is you might or might not have to run VTEC wiring. The swap is a direct bolt on, the only major thing to have handy are the hoses and hose clamps.

There is also a potential OBD issue depending on the year of the B18C.

No, there isn't. OBD1 or OBD2 will drop in perfectly. You can use your civic wiring harness and just add the necessary wires. Check here for more info: https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=125370

I swear I need to do a DIY on this...

If he drops in OBDII engine, he can't run the OBDII ECU without a converison harness, right? Or I guess he could run a OBDI VTEC ECU.
