ahh I get it the manifold was meant to have an external wastegate, but the turbo is internally wastegated so he welded the hole shut. Did you check that for shaft play. I don't know my setup is ghetto but damn that is terrible.

hahahaha... theres no shaft play whatsoever, doesnt move left righ up nor down. just spins freely.

Try spinning it and see if the ends wobble - the blades could scrape the housing. The one I picked up does that... but it is soon to have a new center section...
