Default Vac Anyone

I Have A 95 Civic W/a Gsr Motor In It I Noticed Today That I Do Not Have A Vac Line Coming Off Of The Throtle Body And The Motor Some Times Idle Wierd And What I Mean By Wierd Is That It Soemtimes Holds A Really High Idle After Being Drivin Hard Or Held At The Same Rpm For A While, Would The Throttle Body Not Return To Fully Closed Because Of That Vac Line?
