Ls Engine???

Default Ls Engine???

Ok i have a '92 civic hatchback and i am about to install a new engine. Would yall install an LS engine or a b16 jdm?? Tell me anything about the Ls because i am going towards it.

If you want an Integra engine why not go with a GSR or a Type-R one? That way you will have VTEC and more HP.

will depend on what you plan to do with it. Ex: turbo, all motor, etc..

i personally would use the LS.... then if you decide you want vtec in the future, build and LS vtec. but like they all said.... money, goals etc

you can find an ls for cheaper than a b16. I personally would get the ls, it has a lot more torque.

B16 has a shorter geared tranny though.

you can use the b16 tranny with the ls if you want the shorter gears.

I have a B16 and its just not enough, but my car is a heavy pig. I am in the midst of building a LS block right now to slap my head on.

I say go with the LS.
