Whats Going On,
HereS What I Have, I Have A 95 Civic Si Hb With A B18c1 That Has Type R Internals. Now I Have Not Gone To Get It Smoged And I Really Dont Want To Just In Case I Dont Pass, I Live In Cali Which Brings Me To My Question Will I Pass With The The Stock Cat. Any Feedback Would Be Great

Assuming your fuel is tuned properly, the engine is from a '95 or newer car, you pass the visual inspection, and the cat is functioning properly...you should pass the tailpipe test.

i have a little bit of white smoke coming out of the tailpipe when im on it hard and i just put in a new cat could the white smoke be extra gas burning or oil burning

White smoke is typically coolant.

I had a leaking head gasket in my old integra. The white smoke is the coolant probally. I would check your head gasket. I only had a little bit of white smoke. So it sounds about the same

the motor was only built 18 months ago and was replaced with new gaskets all the way around
