I am wondering if there is a tech out there can answer my question. With reguards to changing out Valve stem seals on a DOHC vtec heads, all the literature i have found says that head HAS to be removed in order to do so. Why cant this procedure be done the way others are IE: applying air pressure in the cylinder and replacing the seals with the head still in tact? Thank you so much for you help
