engine code 43???? [93 Si HB w/ GSR swap]

engine code 43????

my 93 si hb with 96 gs-r swap is showing engine code 43, which is fuel system, it cuts out between 2-3000 rpm,,,other than that its fine. new fuel pump, filter,plug wires,plugs,dist cap/rotor,,,im stuck...any advice?

As difficult as it is to diagnose this over the internet....I'll take a stab at it.

The first thing that comes to my mind is fuel pressure...is it in spec?
Are there any fuel system mods on your GSR motor? It could be a faulty fuel pressure regulator.

Pretty much any time you get a 41 or 43 engine code, check your oxygen sensor, that's usually the problem. Are you using the O2 sensor from the '96 swap? Do you still have the old one from your '93 D16Z6? If so, try swapping the sensors (probably have to drop the bottom half the exhaust manifold to change it) and see if that solves it.
