1999 integra gs problem

When the car gets hot in 2,3,4 ,5 gear under load feels like the car is bogging. Almost like the fuel pump is packing it in , checked fuel pressure it okay drove with a guage under the wiper, Changed ignitors,map sensors,coils,only does it when you sit in traffic for couple minutes than it acts up.Any ideas ??Thanks in advance

 

we get bad weather up here in canada ,lots of that white stuff ,freezing ,melting then seeping into places it shouldnt.Seen a few with water under the back seat soaking the pluh going through the floor to the sender ,greenies in the plug ,just enough room there for the plug to stay submerged.Cars all run the same like they are running out of fuel.Take a look ,might be what you are looking for.

I took the back seat out to see if there was anything in the tank like a loose baffle , no such luck . Thanks anyways.
