b20b are inexphensive, and have good torque.
You can get similar results by sleeving and boring the B18A along with a light bottom end rebuild and end up with a stronger engine with the same 2.0l displacement, but too late for that.
Replace the timing belt, water pump, use new gaskets on the intake manifold and exhaust manifold, new fuel filter, all the general maintinence stuff.

kai, you seem to know you stuff. with that in mind, will i have any problems doing the swap? i'm just replacing the motor only.
i'm keeping everything else, ie. dist., tranny, intake and exhaust manifolds, ecu and etc.?

you'll need an LS intake mani for it to fit under the hood. Also, some exhaust mani other than the B20 one (if it even came with it) will also go a long way. An LS ecu is the best option for making it run well (I have a p75 if you want it).
