Temperature Fluctuates...Help

Default Temperature Fluctuates...Help

My temp goes above normal but not into the red zone then comes back down to normal... i think it goes back to normal once the radiator fan starts. what do u think is wrong? can i be the temp sensor ****ed up or what?

What coolant mix are you using?

good chance you have an air bubble in your cooling system... when the bubble passes over the temp sensor, it goes wildly high, then comes back down once the bubble passes.

you should change your thermostat and coolant, make sure to bleed air out of the system afterwards.
AND USE PREMIXED COOLANT
or
if u mix your own, make sure you use distilled water.

we have aluminum blocks people, do the math
