OK I'll get in here before everyone makes fun of the NEWBIE...

You REALLY need to get a repair manual. Chilton or Haynes is maybe OK, if you're never gonna do anything complicated. HELM is the best.

Valve cover is on top of the engine, it says 'Honda' & 'DOHC' on it. Gasket & spark plug seals are on it's underside. DON'T overtighten the nuts that hold it down.

Spark plug wires come out from the top of the valve cover. MAKE SURE you write down EXACTLY which one goes where. Spark plugs are down in the holes where the wires came from.

Distributor cap is at the other end of the plug wires. Rotor, coil, & ignitor are inside the cap. You'll see when you take off the cap.

You should really get a repair manual. It would take me probably a half hour at least to diagram how to replace all that.

If you're redoing the spark plug seals then get a valve cover seal as well. You'll need some gasket maker to really let the valve cover seal properly... I suggest Hondabond. You can find it at any import cycle shop. There's also a half dozen other substances that you can use... if you go into an auto parts store they should be able to point you in the right direction.

The repair manual will diagram where to use the sealant on the valve cover. It's around the cam seals.

I can't possibly emphasise enough how gentle you should be with all of the things you are replacing. The studs holding the cam cover on are fragile. The nuts should be just more than finger tight. Don't go overtight on the spark plugs either, or you'll never get them out.
