You should really get a repair manual. It would take me probably a half hour at least to diagram how to replace all that.
If you're redoing the spark plug seals then get a valve cover seal as well. You'll need some gasket maker to really let the valve cover seal properly... I suggest Hondabond. You can find it at any import cycle shop. There's also a half dozen other substances that you can use... if you go into an auto parts store they should be able to point you in the right direction.
The repair manual will diagram where to use the sealant on the valve cover. It's around the cam seals.
I can't possibly emphasise enough how gentle you should be with all of the things you are replacing. The studs holding the cam cover on are fragile. The nuts should be just more than finger tight. Don't go overtight on the spark plugs either, or you'll never get them out.
