it's doubtful that it's the crank pulley. DO NOT spray WD40 on the belt. That is NOT a good idea. Make sure all belts are tensioned properly and run the diagnostics I gave you. See what you can come up with. I can't explain why, but Hondas are notorious for whistling throttlebodies, which is what I said to look for above. It's a very obvious squealing sound, it basically sounds like a microphone that's feeding back into its reciever. See if that works.

wrong on the wd40. I said a little bit this helps isolate the problem because if it is the belt this will quiet it down and then you know if it is the belt or not. It is just a diagnostics tool not a fix.
