Default How difficult is it to change the Stater Cylinoid on a 95 GS-R

If someone would be so kind as to chim in and help me out with my 95 GS-R 4 door sedan. I've had the car for all of one week today and Monday morning when I went to start it, it wouldn't start.

My first reaction was that the battery was dead. Went out and brought a Yellow Top Optima Battery, installed it into the GS-R and it still wounldn't start, but the battery sounds really strong though.

All I get is this clicking sound. It just goes click, click, click. the engine doesn't even turn over, just the click, click sound. Does anyone know if that sounds like the starter cylinoid?

Anyhoo, the Acura Stealership wants $262.00 for the starter and don't know yet what the mechanic will want for the labor. If it's not too complicated of a job and I can used a limited amount of tools, I'd like to try and replace it myself.

Thanx you all ahead for your time and for chimming with your input...

Peace Out

TQ :driving:

According to the folks at Team Integra, it doesn't seem that hard:

One of the simplest things on the whole car to change get a chiltons or some other manual and tear into it. Nothing like learning something new.
