Default Engine wont start tries to crank

i tried to start my engine last night in my 90 LS to no aval. i have checked the following and would like some suggestions.i just put fuel in it, and new plugs and plug wires, new fuel pump and i check at the filter for fuel it is good there. i am getting fuel to my spark plugs. it ccan sit there try to crank it it makes the sound like it wants to start but wont hit so i would appreciate the imput.

check the distributer, the cap, and the rotor.

battery fully charged, listen for the whirl of the fuel pump kicking on when u turn the key to the acc position, and then all basic maintainance cap rotor dizzy, spark plugs/ wires/ filters/etc.

Just remember you need four things to make an internal combustion engine run compression, fuel, air and spark. You already checked for fuel and air so I would check for spark and compression. It might also be your timing belt broke when you tried to start it. You can check that easy enough by taking off your cap and having someone crank your engine and seeing if the rotor turns. Remember the basics most problems can be broken down into simple solutions.
