H22 in a 92 Cx hatch
Im getting ready to put a 98 H22a jspec motor in my hatch. what else do i need and from what car for my swap? I knoe i need 90-93 integra axles, and motor mounts. What kind of shift linkage to i need? And is there any way possible to make a jdm motor pass emissions in california? Thanks all

To use those axles, you need a 90+ Accord intermediate shaft.
The H22A does not use a shift linkage. It uses a cable shifter assembly, as in you have to rip the shift assembly out of a 90+ Accord or 92+ Prelude and adapt it to fit the Civic.
A Japanese motor will not pass a smog inspection in California. Ever.
