Default Civic with B18C(SiR-G): questions bout axles

I have a 92 civic with a B18C motor in it. Ive had the motor in for about 4 months. The axles from an acura GSR are suppose to be about a half an inch more on the right passenger side than the drivers side right? Will it affect my allignment? Ive noticed when i press on the gas when im driving and i let go of the wheel it has a tendency to move to the right but then when im not holdin on the wheel and i press on the brake it has a tendency to move to the left. Does anyone know why it does this? Do i need to shave down the passenger side axle so its about the same length as the drivers side? Or is it just my allignment?
