i have a idle problem its jumping between 800 rpm to 1300 rpm
the code came up 6 flashes (temp control sensor) changed the one on the block now it still dose the same thing but when i test for codes all i get is the check engine light staying on no flashes
now i found other sensor on the thermostat hosing is that the one that controls the computer and the i should have change.

The computer controls both sensors...the sensors don't control the computer. The computer reads from both, though... so if one doesn't fix the problem, maybe the other will.

On the other hand, your idling problem could be completely seperate from this termp control sensor issue.

I had the problem and it was the IAC, but the part was like $300 bucks and I was only a few months away from my swap. I just lived with it. If thats not it, I dont know what it is. Sorry I couldn't help more.
