air/fuel gauge Problem

Default air/fuel gauge Problem

hi i have a problem with air/fuel gauge
i can not install it to o2 censor
i have 1999 civic si h/b

pls help

What?

You need an O2 sensor to use the gauge. No sensor, gauge no worky.

I am a friend of Aktif and i want to tell you. He wants to say that we have a 4 calbe o2 cencor but we cant setup with VAFC, it doesnt show completely. How can we fix it can you help us ?

UM??? little better english and we can answer you.

but this is just a wild guess at what your trying to say:

The V-AFC does NOT have an A/F gauge in it.

Also if you have the A/F gauge you hook it up to the WHITE wire on the o2 sensor.

i have has VAFC and A/F but when i tie it to the white cable, it sends slow data so i cant do setings VAFC.i think it should have Wide Band o2 sensor if so do u have any idea ?

Do not tune off the stock O2 sensor, it is pathetically slow in response and doesn't give a very good reading anyway. All tuning should be left to a wideband.

VAFC's cannot read wideband O2 sensors though.

I have both in my hatch with a b16a and they both work great. Allthough, I didn't install the vafc so I'm not sure what they had to deal with. Also it is OBD1 so that could be different too.

i want Wide band sensor for AFR and put it on my manifold by opening a second hole for it..

ihave OBD1 skunk2 ecu and its working too rich and i want to control it by vafc
