Default Wiring in VTEC to a 92 cx w/d15b

I have the p28 computer, and want to hook up the vtec. Does anyone have pics or a diagram of which pins on the ecu I need to hook into? I've heard of re-pinning os something like that. Is that how you tap into the correct pins? Any info would be great.

Actually, all '92 model hatchbacks are supposedly prewired for VTEC. Is yours not?

Its not. There was no pin in the d6 portion of the ecu. I wonder if it is because the car is for Canada?

that motor and that ecu (p-28) doesn't run a knock sensor.
Your cabin harness should have all the wires already for vtec, you just need to run the wires to the plug by the firewall from the engine.

run to ecu pin
A4 vtec solenoid
A20 evap purge
A17 iab
and
D6 vtec pressure switch
that should be all for you to run.

You can, but the wires should already be there in the engine bay.

im confused do you have the vtec wiring harness?? or are you just splicing some wires from the solenoid to your p28 ecu? for it to run... cause i bought a vtec wiring harness(hooks up to the vtec solenoid then it goes through the firewall to the p28 ecu) for about 100 bucks from a local shop here in texas) i went from a non vtec to a vtec in my 93 civic so what intake manifold do you have on your y8 cause i have my stock d15b7 intake manifold on my y8....let me know
