Default do these chip really work

do performance chip off ebay really work? cause i would like to make my integra faster and wanted to know if these chips would work?

I wouldn't trust any "chip" off Ebay. You can get a program called Ghettodyne and program your ECU. Odds are there's someone in your area who has the program and who can install the EPROM.

all they are is just a resistor that bypass the MAP sensor telling
your ECU that the intake temp is always 35 degrees F
and so the ECU runs rich giving improved hp 5-12 hp max
but u have to understand that even though you can't really blow anything up
it will still damage the engine overtime including other parts as well
