i have this fellow co-worker/ ricer that argued with me this evening for almost an hour that the d series trannys will bolt up to a b series motor. true? false?

False, diffferent bolt pattern between the bell housing and the block.

false! Not to be stupid about it but thats why they call a b-series a b-series and not a b and d series.
