I am in the middle of an engine swap, and am now stuck with a problem. The car is a 95 integra, and used to have an LS motor in it.(auto) I am dropping in a JDM B18CR motor, and the ecu it came with does not match up with the connecters on the car. It is totally different. Must I get a JDM wire harness or does anyone make an adapter for this? Please Help!!!
Sounds like you got an OBD-2 ECU, 1996 and newer. Get yourself a P28 and have it chipped with the Type-R's base maps. That wil fix you right up and no knock sensor, Yay!
thanks for the help!!! but i have already ordered a jumper harness that is available at jdmhondaparts.com. I spoke with a guy who goes by the name of katman, and has the part i need.
