Default 93 Prelude vs 91 SI

This my ? A guy who work with me have a 93 Lude w/ H23 stock & manual. Well the other day he saw my Civic parked & was checking it out. So he was asking a Co Worker who's Civic was it because he would beat it easy.
What he didn't realize was he didn't know the guy knew me of who he was talking smack to. So, I glanced at his & it's stock.
My Civic has a B16A I,E & H. Also a chipped PR3 ecu. So if we was at the track. How close would the race be or racing a H23 Lude a waste of my time.

Someone always want to race when you're trying to chill. Besides it's "F?????G" winter 22 degrees outside.
Thanks

I say it would be a fair to close race.

Go to the track and find out.

Your car is alot lighter than his is and if I'm not mistaking the h23 only makes like 160hp. Thats a heavier motor making the same hp as you do stock for stock plus you have mods. The only thing you should worry about is the difference in torque. He'll def get you off the line but you should have him on third gear. This race depends more on the driver.
