What should a 91 Civic Si hatch?

depends on your weight, wheel and tire size and if your a granny shifter or not.
With the stock engine they run around the 16.7 second range I believe.
So with your set up, and lets say 15" rims on 50 profile tires @ 2000 lbs. you might be able to run late 13's to mid 14's that is if your putting out 150-180 whp. I would say you are most likely in the 14's but theres only one way to tell for sure, so take it to the track.
