Well I was bored so I went to the track this weekend and run a 15.2 my only run. Not bad for a stockerI pulled to line up and seen it was a 98 Z28 with a dealer tag on the back and driving was a really young guy, so I was like WTF I lost already. Off the line I had him about a half a car length then in the 1/8 he pulled about a car length ahead of me. Man it felt good knowing my stock Lude made some heads turn. Anyway the z28 ran a 14.1 and I pretty much knew he would smoke me unless he missed a gear or somthing worse, but I had a blast none the less!:chuckles:

 

Congrats. :goodjob: I thought this thread was going to be about you beating a z28 with your stock lude.

 

Maybe if I had a way cool Led throttle body spacer I would have beat his punk ass

 

i cant wait to go to the drag strip again, glad you had a good time though.

 

Did you actually pull him off the line, or just get a much better reaction time than him?

BTW, He can't drive.

well if a stock prelude jumped him off the line then he has to suck like it would be hard to not beat the prelude of the line even with the auto z28

 

I guess I got the jump...He was reving and acting a fool when the light went green. I still had the lead through 3rd till he pulled off around the 1/8th.h:

 

What was your MPH?

 

15.2@95.9 mph cant remember reaction time. My friends told me afterwards he burned them down leaving the line. I wanna rematch after I get my boost.
