Default Shaving Side Trim / New Door Skins

Hey everyone,
I hope i'm not asking an already-old question..

My car (still in the garage in mid-engine-swap) had 2 of its door skins seriously mangled a couple years ago by a deer accident,
and i've always wanted the black plastic trim gone from the doors/fenders/bumper etc.
I've seen a few Civics and Accords around with these shaved and flush, and it looks excellent.

I seem to only be able to find OEM-style replacement door skins with the trim recesses,
and was wondering if *any* of you know where to get some flush, plain skins..? that would save a good deal of money in the body shop.

gracias

Instead of having some custom skin made, just find shome sheet metal and a welder... Worked for me.

Sheet metal and a mig welder. Keep the temp as low as possible or you'll get a lot of warping.
