Default Where to come thru firewall for amp wire?!?

Where is a good location to come thru the firewall on a 2000 Civic EX for 4 gauge amplifier wiring?? Is there a pre-existing location or will I have to drill?

Thanks

you can try to cram it thru one of the grommets that are already there, if not u can drill a hole and get a rubber peice to install the wire thru, both ways are simple, they dont have any holes left open ready to receive a big wire like that. ur gonna have to cram it in or make a new one.

i went through the existing grommet on the passenger side, directly below the glove compartment, and pulled the wire under the interior side panels from there. i like that spot due to proximity to the battery.

That is the grommet that I am seeing, too. I didn't know if anyone had used it (didn't know exactally where it went). Glad to hear that it worked for you. Will definately use that place since it seems the easiest.
