I've got the standard blinking red LED when my system is armed. I wanted to change the color to a blue LED. Can I just buy a bulb at Radio shack or somewhere and just pull out the old one, cut the wires and then crimp in the new color??? Thanks.

 

you'll probably have to replace the housing of the LED light itself. If yours is like most, the actual light is most likely white/clear, but the housing it's inside is what makes it the color. hope that helped.
