you'd probobly be better off piecing the kit together and then having the charge piping made professionally during installation. Or maybe buy the piping off someone who's parting out their turbo kit.

Default i know this an old thread...

im new here but i saw this thread one day while browsing and it inspired me to build my own turbo kit for my 04 dx with the d17a engine however im not sure if the hf manifold will bolt onto my engine? can anyone help me out here do yall know if it'll fit and if it won't know of any other junkyard type manifold that will bolt on and will do for a turbo manifold? any feedback is appreciated thanks

that's some ghetto crap...jux get the complete kit from ebay or something...if u gonna put that kind of stuff in a car better off going all motor...ahahaha

It is ghetto as hell. But a friend of mine put together one for less than $100 and ran a 13.2 on a stock B16 EF

This is a really old thread, but maybe the original poster will see this. I noticed you didn't use any fuel management, such as Hondata or Chrome. Did you skip this because you're using relatively low pressure boost?

The rest of the project is ghetto and shitty, so it would only make sense to half-ass the fuel management too. Keep in mind that most setups were still on a VAFC hack at this time since Hondata was new and Crome wasn't even conceived yet.

Regardless, this thread is a disgrace. My sympathies for anyone using this thread as reference for their future turbo projects.
