N/m - I am a fool, I got confused,.. I got them workin 
Actually, I own a 92 RS teggy. Alls I had to do was find the Red/Yllw wire behind the fog switch(closest to harness), clip it and run a new wire over the top of the steering collum behind the dash, to the Defrost switch's black/yllw wire - Both the loose wire, and the one closests to the harness. Got em right on
