Default Short ram intake install questions Please help!!!!!

I bought an intake on ebay and am ready to install it but I can't get the stock intake off. I have a 1992 honda accord. The bolts holding the filter box are frozen. Any suggestions? I already put some liquid wrench on it but it didn't work.

same thing happened to me when iw as taking apart my engine bay. get yourself some pb blaster...an appropriate size socket with extention...and a pice of pipe about 24" -36" long that will fit over your rachet....you will have no more problems getting ANY bolt off.

a 36" pipe for a bolt that is torqued to MAYBE 20ft lbs? Stick with the PB blaster and 3/8" drive. Prolly a 10,12, or 14mm socket. DO NOT STRIP IT OUT!

you dont strip it with a breaker bar, you break it that is why they call it a breaker bar. Use a freaking hair dryer or something to warm up the bolt then just take them out.
