Default need help 96 civic 1.6 v-tec

hey i just changed my engine i have two problems.
the first on the back of the engine on the wiring harness right in the middle there are three plugs coming out one goes to the block temp sensor, one goes to the crank pos. sensor, but i cant figure out where the other one goes. its a really short wire, the plug has two prong holes but its a single wire.
the other is on the very top back of the intake mani. that sensor has a line for a tube pointing down. i have the tube but dont know where the other end plugs in to. its a rubber line and has a plastic piece on the end as if it plugs into something.

Please give more information. What did your 96 Civic have to start out with (D16Y7, D16Y5, or D16Y8) and what type of engine did you switch over to (for example: B16A2, B18C1, B18C5, JDM B16A, JDM B18C etc.)?

Only one wire... oil pressure sending unit or knock sensor perhaps?

it started off w/ d16y8
timing belt stretched you know the outcome
i got a good d16y7 engine and a good y8 head slapped them together w/ a new head and intake gasket
also i noticed that the plug on the end of this wire is the same as two other ones, one is the p/s pressure switch that hooked up fine and i think the tps sensor or one on the intake it hooked up fine, like i said its a round plug with two prong holes but its a single red wire

where are those two sensors located
