Can you spray brake parts clearer inside the alternator to clean the brushes and whatever else internals? Would this mess it up, be good for it, or what? My trucks battery needle goes kind of low and the blinkers blink very slow when the a/c is on. I was just wondering if doing something like this may help or be a bad idea.

 

Bad idea, you probably have a loose or corroded wire on the battery, loose or slipping belt or dying battery? Or the alternator is going-you can have it checked at Autozone in the truck for free.
