Default AHH stupid tar

stupid sound deadening tar!!!

i've been trying to get out all of the sound deadening tar in my crx in between the rest of the duties like work i have to deal with so its taking me a week now...

i started by strippin out my interior.

i used dry ice and a chisel to break it up in bigger chunks... i got most of it out, but there were still bits and peices left behind.

so...

i looked around and someone suggested a parts cleaner because of the intensity of it... so i poured it in the car!... it took up the paint and some of the tar... but there is still a lot left. on top of that, now i have exposed metal that i cannot paint yet(like i plan to do all along) and there is still tar everywhere! what will get this crap out of my car? here are pictures:

as you can see it is real shitty. i've got to do something about it like today and tomorrow... i'm not going to keep driving it like this... tar on my shoes and i cannot carry shit around and i don't want to fuck up my decently clean si seats and it really needs another color! lol...
what chemical or whatever could i possibly use to make this car spotless from that freaking tar?

also some of it got sprayed on my paint on the outside of the car and the headliner and the windows... what can take this off AND not destroy paint or my headliner or windows?(lower priority of course)

does anyone know of a chemical that will allow me to just wipe this stuff up?

the reason i started this project is because i'm going to PAINT the interior. i'm not installing my interior ever again.
