guage cluster help

i recently bought a new gauge cluster off ebay for my 2001 honda prelude and installed it myself... and well the needles wont work all the brake lights and turn lights work just not the needles any ideas?

mmph... check your fuses.... there is a fuse for the temp gauge.. rpm. and fuel gauge.. not too sure about one for the speedo.....
