Default Proper amount of Torque on Spark PLug?

What is the proper amount of torque on a spark plug after putting on anti-sieze? I have a 01 CRV that might need new plugs...

Even after anti-seize? I hear you have to torque lower not to torque the plug too much...

Thanks!

13ftlbs. I don't even torque them anymore. Tight is tight, not too tight and not too loose.
